Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation

A RICS valuation is a professional property valuation carried out by a surveyor who is registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS.
 

It provides an independent and accurate market value of a property and is often required when selling a Shared Ownership home, staircasing, remortgaging, or dealing with probate or legal matters

This form can be used to request a RICS valuation for any of the above. We are happy to request this on your behalf and we will contact you to arrange payment before the valuation is carried out on your property. 

A RICS valuation is usually valid for around three months. If it expires you will need to purchase another.
